Correct as above... there is not real way to see the arming time. ( except if running a schedule )
What I do some times is take a LIVE view on one of my cameras and then if it doesn't trigger the main screen shows how long ago the last thumbnail was taken... not a fix but that's all I got.

You don’t have access to logs, if you contact arlo support they may be able to help but you will need a subscription to contact them.
You can post a request here on the forum for a moderator to follow up.
The only other option is to buy a note book and pencil and log it yourself.
