Arlo Pro2 - Refurbished camera not syncing

We bought a refurbished Arlo Pro2 system (3 cameras & a base station) back in December through Amazon.  Because of weather conditions we didn't start installing until this last month.  One of the cameras doesn't appear to be functioning.  We have switched the battery multiple times with fully charged batteries.  The blue LED light will not come on at all, no other lights appear on the phone. Anyone have a suggestion on how to adjust the camera to get a connection?

If no LEDs appear on the camera, and you have ruled out a battery issue, this could indicate the device is defective. I would encourage you to reach out to Amazon for a potential replacement.

Thank you. I tried reaching out to Amazon (and the seller) first.  Nothing was resolved.  Was just hoping someone in the community might have some tweaks or hacks to try to get it to work.
