Hello I received an email that my local storage is almost full. The email also states "You will no longer be able to record video clips to your local storage. Please go to the Arlo mobile app to delete older activity and re-activate storage of new recordings." So does that mean I am able to delete from the app recordings on local storage? I thought it just deleted from app library? Thanks for any clarification.

For the 4000 base you listed you can not access local recordings with the app, you can on the Smarthubs. You need to eject the USB and insert it into a computer to view or delete. On my 4540 hub there is an option to overwrite the oldest recording but not sure on the bases.
