My base station worked for over 2 years now it is flashing amber not connecting to internet. I have tried power cycle, confirmed internet connection works woth other device, factory reset, and removed base station from account and tried to add. Any solutions?

Flashing amber means a camera connection issue:

Does the base have an IP address assigned in your router settings? WHen you reset, did you hold the reset button for >10 seconds?

Thank you for the repy. I held the reset button for 10 seconds to see if it would connect then tried holding it for longer than 10 seconds multiple times. Each time after 10 seconds the lights would flash blue/amber for 30 seconds, then solid blue for 30 seconds, then go back to flashing amber.

 

I have not looked to see if the base has an IP address assigned in the router settings but it does show up on my available wifi networks.
