I have had this message for 2 days. Internet working, all lights green. Any ideas?

Try removing the base station from the account, and then re-adding it.

you can also remove and re-install the battery to reset the camera and bring it back online.

That reboots the camera  - which can help, but it isn't the same as resetting it.
