Wrong Solar panel

I need to find live support, Best Buy sold me the wrong Solar panel and I didn’t find out before the end of the return policy, and now they won’t help me.

I just want to exchange, for the correct one and can’t get Arlo support

Support can't help you with this. You can try going up the chain at BB (talk to managers) or sell this one and get the proper one.
