Forced to use their 2 step verification, now unable to have my wife access.
Tried a dozen times to grant access but it doesn't work.
Piece of junk now.

I added my wife's 2FA with no issue. Are you trying to grant access in the first place or get her going with 2FA on an existing account?

I have tried to grant access but all it says is pending. She never received any email notification.
So I tried another email she uses but again no contact, just reports pending.

You checked the spam folder? What email providers?

Yes, nothing in spam folders. She has a gmail and a Comcast email account.
Nothing.

She got the invite on the laptop, Comcast account.
No good though. She needs access with one of those apple phones.
Sent many invites, bit it seems to be a problem with apple phones and gmail.
Shock, yea. Tried to get her to use a real phone. Arlo needs to fix their problems as usual, again.

Hi, sure, here email on here iphone is xxxxxx@gmail.com.
We get the invite on the laptop, but she needs to access with phone. The iphone never sees the invite.

Arlo does not offer any support unless you buy into one of the pay plans.
All support links greyed out.
That's why I ended up in this chat thing.
Guess it's just time to give up on Arlo if they won't support it.
I need to get a real security system.

I'm not sure where that information is coming from or why the support options are not available. You still have the option to contact support, you might want to try a different browser. for convenience, you can also use the Arlo app to create a support case or contact customer support in general. 

 

Additionally, I have created a case for you regarding this issue with your wife not being able to login. Customer Support will be reaching out to you as soon as possible. I have provided the case number for your reference:
