Arlo App sends alerts when just opening the apps?

Arlo App send Alerts when just opening the apps, its a nuisance as my wife gets alert also which never used to happen till these past 6 months or so, Thanks

What kind of alerts? Screenshots may be useful. Have you rebooted phones and reinstalled the apps?

Good Day jguerdat, 

The Alerts are motion alerts, Yes we have rebooted our iPhone and also deleted the app. The alerts comes from when we open one of the device meaning one of the cameras which we have 5, Also if you my help. When alerts come on my iPhone i just have a the normal Arlo motion alert and my wife iPhone give her the name of the camera's we have named. Any reason my iPhone would not, Thank you 

Also we both have iPhone 11 and the are always updated to the newest version

Try rebooting your base. A brute force method may need to be used by removing all devices from Settings, My Devices and starting fresh.
