Why am I getting audio detection alerts when I have my audio and microphone turned off?

Why am I getting audio detection alerts when I have my audio and microphone turned off? Very annoying. Please help!!!!

Read the FAQs here about changing settings in you modes and rules (as well as many other useful topics). You have to disable audio detection in your modes and rules. Be sure to save changes.

Thank you but I have already done that and I am still getting the notifications.

If it's a custom mode, try recreating the mode all over again with the same settings. Otherwise, remove the camera(s) and resync.

I actually went in to the settings and turned off the "always listening" tab. Not just the speaker and the microphone.

"Always listening" - it's not on my Pro 2 cameras for either settings or modes/rules. Maybe some screenshots would help.
