I log into my cameras almost daily. Yesterday I couldn't; said user name or password was incorrect! I used the same user name and password since I got the system. I was forced to change my password. Reading comments about systems going down, base going offline for no apparent reason, passwords having to be changed for unknown reasons, etc. is very frustrating. I'm definitely thinking of changing to another security system!

No, I didn't contact customer support. I was so mad that I even had to change my password I just did it!

No one really answered my question as to why I had to change my password. I'm honestly not happy with Arlo anyway, so I may be changing security systems all together!

Was this in the app? I was having problems logging in with an iPhone 6+, but had no problems with another iPhone (4S) and computer's web browser. Maybe a glitch?
