new app on desktop

 I am not very computer literate and do not use a phone with internet....Where do I get the new app for my desktop?

The computer does not use an app, just your browser and go to https://my.arlo.com

Thanks! We already have the new login screen and had to change our password in order for it to work, so I consider us converted then.
