I purchased Arlo Pro 2 and the model number was VMS4430P but the product arrived and the base station is VMB4500 while the camera model number is VMC4030P. So, what is the difference? Is VMB4500 older than VMS4430P? Shall I return and replace? TIA.

The SYSTEM is the VMS4430p (note the "s") which the BASE is a VMB4500 (note the "b"). The system is a bundle of cameras (VMC4030P) with the VMB4500 base.

Older bases had 3 lights. New ones have 1.

You're still mixing up the system with the base that's part of the system. The system could have the old or new base as part of the packages, depending on when it was manufactured and how long it's been in the supply chain. Functionally the VMB4000 and VMB4500 are the same other than the 3 LEDs (4000) vs. one (4500).
