I have 4 Arlo Pro 2 Cameras set up and 3 of them are working fine however one of the cameras will not detect motions or record movements. I have tried to disconnect the camera removed the battery and reconnected it to the base station however it will still not detect motion when using motion detection. It will also not record motions even when set to active.
Any idea how to reset the factory settings and see if that works. The cameras are just over a year old so I should expect they should still work for a while.

Things fail all the time so it could be a bad camera. A reset may be useful so remove all devices from Settings, My Devices to start fresh. Be sure to note all settings, modes, rules, etc. to speed the rebuild.
