Water in Solar Panel

Good afternoon, 

I've bought a toral of 4 solar panels in the past year and have them installed in my Arlo Pro2 cameras. I've tried looking for a way to add these accessories to my account but haven't been able to. 

I found 1 solar panel not working today and when I inspected it appears with water on the inside. I tried using the support but it tells me that I don't have a subscription and it doesn't allow me to contact any rep to exercise the warranty. 

Can anyone please help.
