Virgin Connection To Arlo Pro 2

I have had a nightmare connecting my base unit to Virgin, after several weeks they have officially told me they have a problem and it may not be fixed until end 2019, does anyone know if SKY supports this otherwise I will have to return all my Arlo equipment....

Virgin in which country? I have Virgin in Ireland and have no issues in using base with my router.

In the UK, it's with the router 3 box pnly, techs tols me direct that they have a problems supporting..
