Like many others, I never received an email notifying of EOL for my 5 Arlo Pro 2 cameras. After searching, I see there is an upgrade offer. When I enter my email, I get the following message: "We’re sorry, based on the email address provided, you are not eligible for the EOL offer." I use that email to log into the app on my phone and on the PC website as well. My email is registered with Arlo and I shouldn't be getting this message. Please help. Thank you.

The arlo pro2 cameras have a 12 month life extension to 2025. The 7days free cloud storage is no longer impacted.

The offer is limited to folks in the US.

The most likely reason is that you opted out of Arlo emails in your account profile.
