Go to the bottom and look at STORAGE SETTINGS.

Red would usually signify NO. It does here.

You don't have local USB storage set up in the hub. It is just telling you that.

There has been an update in the Arlo system:

Not sure this is the issue, but I am wondering if you have a subscription.

Also, what camera models do you have?

So I have two hubs at the house (different models) the one in question has Pro2 cameras hooked up..actually they both have pro2 cameras. I'm under the impression if I upgrade to Pro3s I'll then need a subscription.

Correct - none of the newer cameras (starting with the Ultra in 2018) include the free 7-day cloud storage you have with your Pro 2s. Which is why I asked about both the subscription status and the camera models.

Are you able to make a manual recording when you livestream one of the cameras?

Have you tried restarting the base, and also removing/reinserting the batteries in the cameras?
