Someone’s car got broken into the camera only caught the car, backing up and leaving. It never caught them breaking into the car. How does that happen? Lol

I sometimes get this with my pro2 cameras. I put it down to the arlo server needing to be woken by the first event so subsequent events get recorded.

You may need to locate the camera to view the movement across the field of view instead of head on. This would help to start the recordings earlier.

You could try increasing the motion sensitivity of the camera in the camera rules for the operating mode selected. This may result in false triggering so be prepared to adjust it lower over time.
