My cameras see the subject but do not record if there is motion. Tried syncing with base, but that hasn't helped. Anyone else?

Can you confirm that this is a Pro 2? If it is a different model, please let us know what you have.

Yes, it is a Pro2. I unplugged it overnight. Works fine now. There must have been a software update. Everything displays differently now.

@StephenB also an issue when plugged with power cable charging, no issue on battery

I saw those reports for Pro 5s cameras. But @Coro119 has a Pro 2, so that isn't the problem here.
