So I’m having a few issues. My hub station is showing three green lights, but my app will not recognize or find the hub station. This is preventing me from adding my three cameras or subscribing to a service plan. Without a service plan, I can’t get live support. I have tried all the self support troubleshooting and nothing has solved the issue. Anyone able to help?

It has mysteriously started working. This equipment came with the house when purchasing it. I had a system a few years ago and thought this was causing an issue.

Was the base working for you before?  If this is a new installation, was the equipment purchased used?
