VMB4000 - Third light from the left is solid amber

Base Station Model:  VMB4000

The third led from the left (camera) is solid amber.  Have tried every option mentioned on the community webpage.  I"m thinking that the base station is bad. Also, is there a way to actually get Arlo Support or is it only though the community webpage.

any cameras sync'd yet.  You can also try to reset the base using the reset button on the back

A solid amber Camera LED means the base needs to be claimed in your account. If you've set it up already, you may need to remove everything from Settings, My Devices, press the reset button until the LEDs flash amber and start fresh.

The comment posted by jguerdat is correct. Did adding the base back to your account resolve the issue? Please let us know if you're still experiencing this behavior.
