VMB3010r2 $ 3 H7 Cameras No Sound / How To Access Cloud

Arlo Community, two issues ... when I use the Arlo IOS app, I do not hear sound from the cameras. 

Second, I just switched from arlo basic to arlo smart premier.  How do I access the video in the cloud?  I can't seem to find an option from IOS or Chrome on a PC.  My base device is VMB3010r2

1) Make sure all permissions for the app in the phone settings are accepted.

2) The cloud videos are viewed in the library tab either in the app or browser.
