VMB 4000 Arlo Base Station Pro 2 Won't Sync

Hi,

i have tried just about everthing in this community to pair a brand new arlo pro 2 and stil cannot get it to sync !!!

removed batterys and plugged cameras in via cable stiil no sync,

reset and reloaded the base station!

moved the base station furter away !

power and internet lights are green !

treid via iphone 8 and Mac !

blue light on camer is flashing and light on base is too

any thoiughts

Be sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it. Then press the camera sync button.
