One of our Pro2 cams quit detecting this morning so we took it down, removed it, added it...still wont work. Cannot go live, or get anything out of it. Now all rules stay at 805 and 3 audio even if we save 1005 and 5. The motion test is disabled due to other things going on with this camera at this time, so cannot do it and won't go to a live shot on video settings or anything else. Device shows it is on. Tried taking out battery, re-inserting it. Re-synced twice.

Any suggestions? Use PC only not phone.

It is working now but I do not know what helped as I cleared cache at same time was on (Oh, my, we finally installed it on one phone!) phone app and changed settings and another battery.

The other Pro cameras we were having problems with were changed i the app so they now have full sensitivity and audio.

Yeah, I had to check my keyboard to verify that.  🙂

 

Have you rebooted your base? You may want to try a different browser or at least clear the cache for the browser you're using.
