Phone support requires a subscription. You could get one for one of your cameras. Then you'd go into the support area, select that camera, and scroll down to the contact section. You'll find a phone support option there. It's available between 6 am and 6 pm US pacific time. After your problem is resolved, you can cancel the subscription.
