Hello,
I have Pro and Pro2 cams, iv just invited a new user. She dosent get anything else up then a new setup of base and cams. I thought she would get everything i get, access to all the cams and both of my basestations. And yes, she followed the invite mail and made herself an account at Arlo. Is there something we have missed?

Have you selected all the camera under the grant access settings for her to see?

Yes i have, given her access to everything and checked every box. Not sure if we have followed the link the right way, is there a way to do it over? Maybe delete the account, if possible?

You can delete her and send a another invite but can't say for sure it will fix it. You can delete her in the Grant access settings for her, it is below the cameras you checked for her. It took me three tries to work and not sure what I did different.
