Uploaded new dashboard system and now cannot get Arlo pro 2 cameas ( 3 of ) to synch to base station

Internet connection working fine on other apps. Camera batteries fully charged. Base station model VMB4500 connected by ethernet cable to router - LED light showing blue so connected to internet. Tried initially synch button held for 2 seconds and later 2nd attempt a quick press - both gets LED on base station flashing blue for 15 seconds approx.
Cameras right next to base station. While base station flashing blue , I press synch button on camera and blue light on camera flashes slowly for 15 seconds then very quickly for another 10 seconds - then disappears.
Go back to dashboard/ devices and only base station shows . Have tried this with all 3 cameras - same ( non ) result

Issue resolved but not sure why . Synched worked using mobile app but not on desktop
