What is Arlo doing to fix the huge time delays between when the notifications are received and when the Videos are uploaded. This has been a Hugh issue since the last upstage. If I can’t rely on this system, then I will need to purchase another product. I will also NOT be recommending the Arlo system to any of my friends.

Several minutes 5-10 and sometimes the videos never shows up.

I have not been able to replicate this delay with my system. Does this occur after every notification?
Do you have an Arlo Smart subscription by chance?

Multiple times during the day( which is when my cameras are mostly active). And I see other comments in the Arlo forum who are experiencing the same issues. There was some delays prior to the Arlo upgrade, but it have become a lot worse after the upgrade and some videos never show up in the library, even though I receive notifications on my phone.
