Hello everyone!
So I just set up the Arlo pro2 system with the small round base station. While using the app I’m unable to connect and view live feed on cameras that are currently detecting motion regardless if the system is armed or disarmed. When there’s no motion I have no problem connecting. It’s a little concerning as the whole purpose for buying this system was to see live feed as somethings happening in my home. Any help is greatly appreciated! All cameras and base station have the latest update.

It has been this way on and off since they came out years ago...
sometimes you can interrupt the recording, sometimes not. Last time I tried, it worked on Firefox browser, not sure of apps.
Thing to remember tho is if you go to Live View, the cameras are no longer recording ... you are over riding the record and must manually start a record session.

Yup same issue here. I’m tired of Arlo not fixing these issues that have plagued the system since they did an update last year. I used to recommend these cameras because they used to work the way they should. But now I won’t until they get it working properly, if that’s even possible at this point.
