Unable to view library recordings in landscape mode on iPhone iOS 12.4

I am unable to view library recordings in landscape mode on my iphone. All devices have the latest firmware updates. I was previously able to do this. It may be related to IOS 12.4.

I just realized that the auto-rotate on my phone was disabled. This is no longer an issue.
