Activity Zone not working on battery

Recently after a camera went flat, it now reports that AC power has been disconnected and activity zones are disabled. I’ve got a smart subscription but still get this message?

Are you still receiving this error message with your camera? Is this occurring on one cam or multiple?

Just one camera has the problem. The other one is fine.

Have you tried to remove the camera from settings > My devices > Re-add it?
