Unable to use Geofencing with more than one phone

I have still not been able to successfully activate geofencing on two friends' phones. Both have been 'accepted' but their phones do not show up under the 'enabled devices' list on my phone.   Both are running the app, and both have their GPS set to 'always'.  Only my phone activates geofencing.  When I leave, the system arms even when one of the other phones is at home.

Are you sure they have logged in to the app using their shared account (through the Grant Access feature)? Once they have logged in, their device will show in the enabled device list.
