Unable to update firmware

I tried to upgrade my firmware. When I go to Settings > My Devices > Base Station ....there is nothing under the Base Station (pic below). My cameras are working (I'm having trouble with Geofencing and made a post about it here), but other than that all I working.

Well doine. You did it even before your picture got approved.

Care to share your fix for anyone who might turn up with the same issue?

I can, but it's really embarrassing. lol

As you know, it says that to update firmware you need to go Base Station > Device Info. > Firmware. Well instead of going by the Base Station icon in my arlo app. I renamed the Base Station device something else. So in the future you need to go to the Base Station icon to update firmware regardless what you call it. smdh
