Unable to access my images due to password. Tried changing on laptop and iPhone.

Hello,

As of a couple weeks ago, I am unable to access my images do to password. I have change the Password three times from my Laptop and when that did not work, I tried to change password from my iPhone,  Has something changed or am I doing something wrong? I have been able to change my password in the past with no problem.

Hi VQ,

Just to be sure, are you having problems changing your password? Or are you having problems accessing your account even after you change your password? Is this happening when you try logging on through the web client on your computer through incognito mode?

Hi Jessica, 

It did not recognize my password, so I would change it and again it did not recognize  it. Today I tried to sign on again and got a notice that the "http was Null".

Two weeks ago I downloaded a VPN app from Apple  Store and today I deleted it off my iPhone. After I deleted it the ARLO worked perfectly! I think the VPN app was blocking ARLO. I now have a different VPN and Arlo is still working.

I am so happy to get my ARLO images back! I review them daily because 8 months ago we had a SWAT TEAM raid a house in our block for drug dealing, and we live in a semi-gated community! I just feel more secure having my ARLO.
