I can't get access to my camera no pictures recordings or sounds

What do you see when opening the app in the Devices card? Do you see an offline message or are the cameras there? If you see the cameras, can you live view? What have you tried? What do you see? STart by rebooting the base and maybe reinserting the camera batteries. Be sure the batteries are charged.
