I'm looking to get a USB Drive for use with a 5 camera Arlo Pro 2 setup.  I understand that USB drives up to 1TB (FAT2) are supported, but are there other specs I should consider?  Is USB 3.0 supported?

What specifc drives have folks had success using with the Arlo base?

Thanks,

Steve

USB 3 i snot supported since the data rate isn't at that speed. I wouldn't use a hard drive - just use a thumb drive.  It's much easier to remove and reinsert with almost no space needed.  I used a hard drive for a while but just use a 16GB thumb drive now.  If you do lots of videos and want them for longer times, just use larger capacities.

Agree...running a 10-32 Gb speed stick will give you videos than you need.

btw, it's 2 Tb max in the specs, and format is fat32
