Turning off email notifications to someone who no longer has access

Play for roommate still receiving notifications and pictures from a Arlo even though I’ve change the password so they could not access my account. I would like to stop notifications but don’t seem to be able to do it. The person receiving the notifications is unwilling to work with Me
