I need to turn off the camera's IR illuminators while keeping night vision on (reason is, I will use an external no-glow IR illuminator at night, while Arlo’s IR illuminator can be noticed in the dark because of the red glow and because it emits a ‘click’ sound).
Do I understand correctly I can do that in Arlo Pro/Pro2 but not in the original Arlo? Any hopes it becomes possible in Arlo original camera too with an upcoming software update?
Thanks!

Turning off Night Vision in the camera settings simply turns off the camera's IR illuminators. It doesn't change the camera's reaction to low light so you can use your external lights with no issue.
