Trouble connecting a new mobile phone to app

I have a new mobile device and can’t get the app to trust my new mobile device after logging in to the app successfully so I can access my hub/cameras. Appreciate any help.

That's a known issue that Arlo is investigating.  For now, you'll have to use the "Don't trust" option.
