Token reset for Homekit

My Arlo system lost its connection to Apple HomeKit recently and I'm unable to reconnect it.  It sounds like I need you to reset my token?  Nothing in the support documents covers this?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
