Time on cameras is wrong

The time on my cameras is off by aboiut 23 mins.  The only location i saw where I had control of the time was under the time zone, but this is clearly not a time zone issue.  It is making it very difficult to know exactly when something has happenned.

But is the time zone set properly? And have you rebooted the base?
