Make sure the battery is charged. Try the manual process - briefly press the base sync button (don't hold it) and then the camera button. If the camera is already in your account's Devices, it can't be synced again - delete it from your account before trying to sync.

@Amkj - is the problem that you can't add back the base station? Or is the issue adding back the cameras?
