Subscription & Plan For Israel

when im trying to upgrade my Subscription and Plan it just avoid the action that i did.

just not showing nothing

maybe it becuase its not avilable in israel ?

AFAIK, Israel is not one of the countries that can use anything other than the free plan. There's an FAQ here that shows the list of countries allowed to change subscriptions.
