Currently trying to renew my wife's access to our CCTV system.
She received the email invite, followed link, logged in but is unable to see invite - she just sees the Arlo dashboard which says "no device found".
Tried going through the cycle of deleting her from "grant access" then "add friend" but each time she logs in by following the link on the email, it's the same, ie, she's taken to shared devices on the Arlo dashboard, which says "No Shared Devices"

Have you clicked on any cameras for her to see under the grant access settings?

Hi dcfox, yes, I've clicked on all 3 cameras and the base station.

Can you try a different email address? One of your own would work for testing.
