Strange Popup: 'Sorry our billing department is not available.'

Just this morning got this strange orange popup on my desktop when I opened the account: 'Sorry our billing dept is not available.' Yesterday evening we installed power-adapter-chargers on all four cameras. Changed video quality to best and changed device order. Can't see why that would have any effect. Are others experiencing this? I can work around it since the popup banner at top of screen doesn't completely cover the action icons I need to select. And when I move to the next screen the popup disappears.

Could you show a screenshot that shows this error you're receiving? Is this also happening on the Arlo app on your phone device?

THis was only on mac desktop and has since disappeared. didn't make copy of it at the time. Thanks.
