I could not be more disappointed with this system.
At best, it is touch and go with reliability. Its high maintenance. The battery life, even on optimal is short and charging cables die in a couple weeks. All the troubleshooting videos, and cluttered support forum topics have not been helpful in addressing any issues with out of the box answers not addressing individual needs.
I frequently experience-pixelation of recordings, cameras spontaneously stop recording (not all at once). The application is not as seamless as one would expect.
For personalized support specific to the Arlo products you own, access Support from within the Arlo iOS or Android App. Simply login to your Arlo App, go to Settings, Support, then select the Arlo product you would like support for.
