Missing videos from library...getting notifications on phone but no recordings

HAve VMB4000r3 with 3 Arlo Pro wireless cameras. Firmware 1.12.2.2_2754 on base and firmware 1.092.0.23_32920 on cameras. A few days ago, i noticed the base time zone had changed from my pacific to something in the European timezone by itself. Today, i have been getting notifications of motion but no recordings are in the library on both the web and mobile app. Anyone else out there experiencing the same symptoms today?

My cameras send me notifications that their is motion but when I look at the library no video is shown.

Thanks for pointing that out...i should have noted that i have done everything suggested already and had seen some people with the same issue resolved so i figured it was an isolated issue since some people expereincing the same issue, had it fixed already.

I hear you...having worked in the IT industry for the last 25 years, i have seen everything anyone can think of go wrong. What im guessing here is that Arlo's cloud is Geographic for storage so certain parts of the US are functioning correctly while others are still experiencing issues. Oh well, as a consumer, we are at thier mercy till they fix it.
