It appears to be resolved as of this morning.

Same for me. I am not getting notifications of movement from my cameras and no video stored.

I've removed and re-placed back in batteries as well as powered on and off the system. Hopefully it resolves it self or we get more information on a fix

Hi,
I'm exeriencing issues again - i get no notifications and nothign is recorded on the cloud.
In the application i can see indication that movment is identified but the notifications or recording aren't working.
i tried to restart the base, check the modes but everythng looks fine.
Can anyway check it?

In May it took days and one of my cams took 2.5 weeks to resolve. This is freaking ridiculous. What a loser company as it's unreliable. Gonna contact the Wall Street Journal and some tech sites to hammer Arlo upside the head for this situation yet again.

Same situation, all my cameras stop working
Other users are reporting same issue. It stopped working during the night Central European time
I get push notifications through IFTT that cameras are detecting movement and Arlo cameras icon turn amber but no notifications and video recording on the Arlo side

When things are not working as intended it can be frustrating, but as a community forum reply, this doesn't benefit people looking for answers at all.
I am a new Arlo customer and forum member and I would like to ensure this forum and community remains productive to troubleshooting and communicating resolutions, obviously so many variables are at play to make Arlo work: network connectivity, hardware and software that patience and troubleshooting are a must!

To anyone experiencing this issue, it was resolved for me by resetting my modem and router. I recently purchased a wifi extender and I believe the 2.4hz was interfering with the network as motion detection was working during camera tests but not uploading and triggering recordings to library. After resolving my internet all became well.
