Three years ago on all three of my wireless Arlo security camera devices, the speakers and audio stopped working. Is there a way to fix this? The audio icons are all greyed out. I really would like to get them working again.

What camera models do you own? Also, what base station model?

H14 is just a hardware revision for a camera, it doesn't identify the camera model by itself. You can find the model by
- going into support area of the app
- select the camera
- scroll down the the product field.
I tried looking up the firmware here, but didn't find anything that matched.
On the main problem - are you getting any sound in the recordings? Have you tried listening on a PC as well as the phone?
Also, what phone model are you using?

Assuming the cameras are actually Pro 2, which is what the subject suggests, here's the latest firmware:
However, the Pro cameras (the first Pro models) have this firmware which matches yours:

Thanks - @Roberto77 mis-typed his firmware, so when I searched the release notes I failed to find it.
