Hello I have a pro 2 camera purchased back in 2020.
I’ve recently bought a 3rd party solar panel of temu. I’ve hooked it up to my Arlo camera but it seems to drain the battery. I disconnected for a day and fully charged the camera and allowed the panel to sit in the sun and reconnected. Within 30 minutes my battery was down by 10%. Is this an issue with 3rd party solar panels? What panel should I be using?

It may well be. Arlo recommends not to use 3rd party accessories, focussing on its exclusivity only. The only panel you should be using is the one made by Arlo which, I'm afraid, is impossible to get, as this camera, despite being a very good product is no longer made, or its accessories. You should return the existing 3rd party panel but you could experiment with others, but I'm not too sure whether the results will be different.

Thank you. Anyone know if any panels that may be compatible with the pro 2?
